    Made 1/21/14: used 1 pack of chicken tenders (1.2 lbs). Used a heaping 1/2-tsp of dried thyme instead of fresh. Used 2.5 T of olive oil. Used Kalamata olives. Roasted at 375 x 20 minutes, took chicken out, cooked veggies another 15 min.
