Baked gnocchi with bacon, tomatoes and mozzarella.... this tastes good!!! Your typical tomato base sauce. One thing though I made the bacon really crispy and once I baked it, it did get chewy. Maybe keep the bacon out and sprinkle on top last minute before serving.
