I did it! Not in the "greatest" shape ever, but it took me about 20 minutes to genuinely do everything. Sweating hard!
You don't have to do the whole list on day 1. Just keep exercising every day.
You don!tdo all of these at once. You start at the bottom do the exercises everyday until they aren!t a challenge anymore and then you move up in reps. The idea is eventually you will be able to do all of them.

One of my FAVORITE workouts! Run stairs before and you'll feel even better after :)
I did this in about 20 mins, could have gone faster, its really not that hard if you just keep going. Great quick little work out before jumping into the shower before leaving the house.
