5 lbs Ground beef


2 cans 28 ounce crushed tomatoes
4 Bay leaves, whole
6 cloves Garlic
2 Green bell pepper, whole
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1/4 cup Parsley, Fresh
1 Parsley
1 tsp Thyme, Ground
2 Yellow onions, whole Large

Canned Goods

1 can Tomato paste


1 jar Storebought marinara sauce, Good

Pasta & Grains

2 lbs Spaghetti

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Red pepper
2 tbsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil


1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Grated
1 Parmesan cheese

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 cup White wine


1 can (14 oz. size) crushed tomatoes
1 Whole rind from one wedge parmesan (optional)
