Last minute workout? I think so!

I used to do this all the time but I added carrying the kettle bell over my head up and down my stairs three times followed by ten minutes cardio on my bike. Repeated three times = great workout!

Finally! something on Pinterest that doesn't say "7 days" or "30 days"...people need to realize that changing your body takes time!! I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.
