Clean Eating Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms (makes 4): 1 1/2lb sliced mushrooms, 10 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 Tbsp olive oil. Saute garlic in oil on low/med heat until it starts to brown. Add mushrooms & parsley; cook w/out lid until water from mushrooms cooks out. Enjoy!
