5 1/2 cups Pickling cucumbers
1 cup Sweet onion

Baking & Spices

1/4 cup Brown sugar, light packed
1/2 tsp Celery seeds
1 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/8 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 cup White sugar, granulated

Oils & Vinegars

1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 cup White vinegar
