Feta-Spinach-Salmon Burgers 6 Oz Salmon Fillet 1 C Spinach 1/4 C Feta Cheese 1 Egg White 1/2 C Bread Crumbs 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt Salt/Pepper 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Romaine Lettuce 2 Slices Bread Cook salmon in oven for 10 min on foil at 350. Cook spinach in microwave with 1/2 c water for 3 min. Drain. When salmon has cooled combine all ingred, form two patties. Cool in fridge 30 min. Add salt n pepper to the top of the burger. Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in pan cook each side for 6 min.
