2 cups spinach 1 green apple, sliced 1/2 English cucumber, skin removed 1 banana 1 large lime, peeled and quartered 1/4-inch piece of fresh ginger root 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt 2 handfuls ice. * instead of Greek yogurt, I used coconut milk to make it vegan, you could also use coconut yogurt as a nice substitute :)
