1 head Butter leaf lettuce
1/2 tsp Chile flakes
1 cup Garbanzos, canned cooked, or rinsed
1 Garlic clove
2 tsp Preserved lemon
1 tsp Savory or thyme, fresh
2 tsp Shallot


1 cup Olives, mixed
1 tsp Pomegranate molasses

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1/4 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Bread & Baked Goods

1 Hunks of feta and pita
