What are v sits
I'm pretty sure it's a sit up but you kick your legs apart and bring them towards your shoulders while you're doing the sit up. We did them in cheer leading and it's a good leg stretch too.
What are reverse crunches
ha v sits are when your legs are out straight and you raise them as you raise your torso so you make a v shape with your whole body and reverse crunches are when you bend your legs towards your chest then push with your legs so you roll your back towards your head
V sits are where ur legs are straight and ur torso is up and u look like a V from the side. And Brittanie, reverse crunches are where ur torso stays on the ground and ur legs are straight up in the air (ish) and u lift ur hips off the ground, straight up. BUT, u will not get killer abs from only doing this workout....fyi

OR you can just cut out the sugar and junk....abs are made in the kitchen! Well....made in the gym, seen in the kitchen :)

Great abs (or a great body for that matter) is largely about the type & amount of food you eat. Exercise is important too of course but its the darn food thing that 'gets' most people & its what most people don't want to hear! I love food so its definitely hard for me too! :-)
