Made my first Onigiri today. I made mine w/ a filling of sweet and spicy starkist tuna and thinly sliced green onion. I ate it w/ a little Maggi seasoning that my sis in law gave me. I will make these again!

Onigiri しらす大葉おにぎり. Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular or oval shapes and often wrapped in nori (seaweed). Traditionally, an onigiri is filled with pickled ume (umeboshi), salted salmon, katsuobushi, kombu, tarako, or any other salty or sour ingredient.
