Waikiki Champagne Punch * 1.5 qt. fresh pineapple juice * 2 - 750 ml bottles of dry or semi-dry champagne, chilled * 3 cups of pineapple chucks in juice * 1 lemon sliced * 1 lime sliced * 2 - 3 oranges sliced * 2 cups strawberries * ice cubes as needed
Caribbean Sangria - *3 cups of pineapple juice *1 cups of natural orange juice * ½ bottle of white wine preferably Riesling (can use Moscato if desired) *Malibu Rum (coconut rum) *Ice cubes *Fresh pineapple slices, maraschino cherries and pineapple leaves for decorating.
The kids would love this. Drain juice from a can of Sliced Pineapple, replace with jello made with 1/2 of the water required on pkg. Chill until set. Run hot water on can sides & bottom to loosen. Cut bottom from can to punch mold out. Cut between pineapple slices & serve.
