Thanks for the encouragement Charla! Did you find that you had patches where your weight loss stalled? That's kind of where I've been at the last few weeks. Haven't made the best food choices so I know that's part of it but just trying to take it one day at a time. Recipe sharing would be great - thanks!
Oh yes, there were times when I weighed and wondered why I dieted so well and swam/exercised so much for only 0.2 lbs weight loss !!! Food choices are super important, I learned a lot as time went by. I can get some recipes together for you, give me a few days, OK?? Also remember to not do the same kind of exercise all the time, change it up a bit. You are young though and now is the best time to do it....I wish I had done it years ago....I now have lots of flab (under arms & belly).....you are young enough your skin still has lots of elasticity and will not leave as much "bat wing" under your arms !!!
Remember to not stress out about weight loss... relax... I'll get there :)
