TURKEY AND BB BURGERS: 1 15oz can of Black Beans drained and rinsed 8oz 99% lean ground turkey 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (40g) 1 small green bell pepper diced 1 batch of Taco Seasoning

Guacamole Tuna Salad / I made a variation of this for lunch today. Mashed 1 avocado, salted to taste, added 1 can of drained tuna, 1 small chopped fresh tomato and chopped onion to taste. Had over bed of lettuce - very good and filling.

1 lb. ground turkey meat (prefer thigh meat), 1 medium red onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper cheese. mix ingredients together and form 4-6 patties. grill on medium heat for 7 minutes a side. 2 minutes before burgers are done, place a slice of cheese (optional) on each patty. serve hot.
