Moisturizer is the most important thing—I moisturize every morning and every night. I have the Yves Saint Laurent one. It’s not too greasy and doesn’t leave my skin shiny. Makeup remover is also important, especially during Fashion Week. I like Bioderma’s because it’s really gentle and perfect for taking off makeup in between shows.
I love eye cream. Right now I’m using the Eye Elixir by Elemental Herbology, a London-based brand. It contains lots of plant extracts and smells nice and fresh. I try to use more natural products on my face. I like argan oil—when you put it on before you go to bed, you wake up with baby skin! Really soft baby skin.
I use Bioderma Créaline H2O Cleanser to take off makeup after shows and shoots. I also really like this foaming cleanser by Vichy. You just put it on your face and wash it away—easy! Afterward, I’ll use Kiehl’s moisturizer. If any problems crop up, I apply a white corrector pencil where I need it, usually around my nose and under my eyes.
During Fashion Week, I’m getting makeup on and off my face all day. It can be tough on my skin so I use a lot of moisturizer and masks to help rejuvenate it. I especially like masks because they’re relaxing—I use the Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv one. I also drink a lot of water, and orange juice for vitamin C. I’m so busy during the day with shows that I don’t have a lot of time to eat, so I just make sure to always stay hydrated!
I try to always use makeup remover before I go to bed—I like Decléor’s because it’s soothing and botanical-based." “In the morning, I use Christine Chin’s cleanser. It’s a soft exfoliator and great for during or after a shower when my pores are already open and warm. After washing my face, I splash cold water on it to close the pores and make any swelling go down.
