Crockpot Apricot Chicken 4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 16 oz. Jar of Apricot Preserves 8 oz. Catalina Dressing 1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix Cook chicken in crock pot on high for 3 hours. After 3 hrs, drain juices from crockpot. Mix together catalina dressing, apricot preserves, and dry onion soup. Pour cranberry mixture over chicken and cook on high for 30 more minutes.
