5 stalks Celery

1 Red onion, large
3 cans White beans

8 cups Chicken broth

3 cups Quinoa, cooked

Baking & Spices

1 Kosher salt
1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

3 tbsp Cumin
