Apricot & Country Mustard Salmon Ingredients - 2 cups water 1/4 cup apricot preserves 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 1/2 pounds Salmon fillets Salt and ground black pepper Instructions - Stir preserves and mustard in a bowl. Pour water into the pot. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on steam rack and spread the preserves on the fish. Place steam rack into top of pot. Set OVEN to 400 degrees for 20 minutes and check every 10-15 minutes.
