Keep your parsley, cilantro, dill, and other leafy herbs fresh for up to two weeks with this simple trick! You can also put it in a jar of water and cover with a clear ziploc bag and then refrigerate, it lasts up to 4 weeks this way. Tried and tested its unbelievable!
4 avocados 6 limes bunch of cilantro chopped Mix your avocados in your food processor till smooth, add the juice of the limes and a handful of cilantro, mix again. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle cilantro on top as well for garnish. Enjoy with chips. Top your fave mexican dishes with this instead of sour cream.
