Blueberry Coconut Dreamsicles. 1 C blueberries, 1/8 C liquid sweetener (coconut nectar, or simple syrup), 1 lemon juiced, 12oz coconut milk (full fat). Pour sweetener and juice over berries, mix. Whip milk with mixer until thick adding in blueberry mix while whipping. pour into popsicle molds and freeze solid.
