Paleo. I don't necessarily agree with all of this. Rather than pasteurized milk, I would suggest raw milk for the good bacteria and enzymes. Real cheese as opposed to processed. And beans don't contain gluten, so that argument is irrelevant to legumes. Also, while eliminating sugar is ideal for the diet, it's a better choice than ANY artificial sweeteners if you must have something sweet.
I DO NOT agree with this! These sound an awful lot like the rules I have made for myself. I have been in treatment for an eating disorder, including a 3 month hospital stay where my organs were beginning to fail. These "rules" hit too close to home!
