I couldn't put this book down, it really opens your eyes to the magnificence of these truly beautiful and majestic creatures. After I read this book the author passed away and I felt a huge sense of loss as the story continued with the elephants visiting his home on the day of his memorial service after traveling for approximately 12hrs. The best part is that Thula Thula Reserve is right on Durban's doorstep and a legacy has been left in the authors wake.
