2 15-ounce cans Chickpeas
3/4 lb English cucumber
4 Garlic cloves
3/4 cup Italian parsley
1 Lemon
1 Small handful Mint, fresh leaves
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed

Baking & Spices

1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, dried
1 Sea salt, Flaky

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

2 tbsp Cumin seeds, whole
