Looks like a good workout. I think some of those moves would be hard for a newbie to jump right into and do full-out though. Just sayin'. Good luck and don't give up if you decide to do it!
I did this for 2 weeks with videos and book on loan from library. Didn't follow eating plan exactly but kept to the 1600 calories more or less. My results - 4 inches off waist, down 7 pounds. My husband followed eating plan alone, no exercise and lost 15 lbs (not fair, I know!) Very simple and effective in my opinion.

The inches are not from the waist only... It is 6 lbs and 10 inches, but only about 2 inches are from the waist. Ok, so I tried this... to a T. I lost 0 pounds, and no inches. Frustrating because I worked REALLY hard.
