2 Bananas, ripe
1 cup Blueberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen

1 Egg, large

1 cup Rolled oats, old-fashioned

1/4 cup Maple syrup

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 Pinch Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 cup Walnuts

2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 cup Milk

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal - bake once & have breakfast for the week, just reheat a serving each day. Wonder if a different berry would work?
