I do this all the time. Once I have my workout clothes on it just seems stupid to take them off before they're sweaty. It's a mind game. :)
When training, put up a Post It note for each day and rip them off when you're done to keep motivated. They say it takes 21 days to develop a habit.
Best workouts + fastest results ever. Most workouts are 12 min long....I think I will be trying this...looks amazing. pinning now to check out later
