These are not your southern style sausage ball. I don't like those. Anyone who tries mine is addicted and asks for the recipe immediately. I added this one because I don't know how to put my own recipe up. I use a mixture of Asiago and Parmesan. My Mom said the prize cook at her church was envious when she tried mine!! Straight outta the oven you'd think you just bit into a crabcake! DELICIOUS.
