Simple penguin cookies. 2 Oreos (twisted open: 2 frosted sides for face & belly. 1 unfrosted side broken in 1/2 for wings), 2 mini m&m;'s for eyes, and 1 gummy orange slice (cut in 1/2 lengthwise, then cut -with clean scissors- that portion in 1/2 for feet, use other portion and snip a triangular beak). Easy and cute. My 2nd graders had trouble twisting the Oreos w/out breaking them, but we're creative in their 'repairs'.
