Easy and yummy. Roll out puff pastry dough, bake 15 minutes at 400. Sprinkle with Gruyere and top with asparagus. Brush or drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Bake another 20-25 minutes. I've made this several times, including Easter, when asparagus is in season. Makes 6 large or 8 small servings. Got it from Martha Stewart's Everyday Food magazine.
