Warm Reuben Spread -- Melty cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese combine for all the flavor of the New York deli classic--reimagined as a warm appetizer recipe.
Reuben Rolls - 1/3 Cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard ½ tsp caraway seeds 1 Cp cooked corned beef, finely chopped 1 Cp shredded Swiss cheese 1 Cp sauerkraut rinsed drained & patted 1 10oz pkg thin refrigerated pizza crust dough Combine ingredients in a bowl. Unroll pizza dough onto large ungreased cookie sheet. Cut dough lengthwise in 1/2. Spoon 1/2 of the filling onto ea piece, spreading to within 1” of edges. From long side, roll ea jelly-roll style; pinch edges. Bake 425F for 10 mins
Buffalo Chicken Dip 1 (10 ounce) can chunk chicken, drained (I use one 12 oz can from Costco) 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Ranch dressing 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot, not to be confused with their pepper sauce. Start with less if you want and add more to your desired hotness.) 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese blue cheese crumbles (optional)
