The Pets For The Elderly Foundation is a non-profit foundation that gives an unwanted shelter animal to a lonely elderly person. Pets offer affection,unconditional love,fight loneliness, and can help ease the loss of a loved one.....way to go to this organization!

These guys really need homes after they retire from their racing careers. Still, it is always I who, in adopting one of these gentle creatures, gets such great love & bonding. I guess you'd call that win/win!!
