How to explain gay marriage to children.

I'm sorry, but I can't see the difference. [queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, LGBT]

But there is a difference. Yes, they all love each other and they're all couples, but they're all different. Do not ignore that. What they have experienced and such due to their sexual orientation and identity may be very important to them. Do not deny them that. Gay people are different than heterosexual people. Demisexual people are different from lesbians. We all have different experiences due to our sexual orientation and identity. Please do not ignore that under the false pretense that we're all the same. We're not all the same, but that's okay. And if you have to delude yourself into believing we're all the same in order to accept someone, then you have a problem.

I feel sad, I had heterosexual lunch, and Heteroed park my car.....and had a gay time at the park......God loves everyone, can't we all just get along...have a fun gay heteroed day...I think that is redundant....just have a good day everyone......

Our marriage was once illegal too! [queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, LGBT]

"It's very dear to em, the issue of Gay Marriage. Or, as I like to call it: 'Marriage.' You know, because I had lunch this afternoon, not gay lunch. I parked my car; I didn't gay park it." - Liz Feldman [queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, LGBT]

Just be nice. It's that simple. No child abuse necessary.

Explaining Gay Rights (to idiots who assume that legalization will somehow lead to marriages between adults and children, animals, corpses and/or inanimate objects.)
