The Dance of Death by Kreg Yingst

The Dance of Death by Josef Fenneker, 1919

One of the old gravestones to be found in the old churchyard. Below the skull carving are the words "memento more" which are usually written as Momento Mori. Memento mori is a Latin phrase meaning "Be mindful of death" and may be translated as "Remember that you are mortal," "Remember you will die," "Remember that you must die," or "Remember your death".

Vania Zouravliov colour. I like the use of colour of the paper to create colour in the picture.
