I use unsweet vanilla almond milk, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tbsp flax seed. Works great with peaches! Don't recommend sliced bananas!

Crockpot apple oatmeal. I made this for breakfast this morning. 2 apples - cut in chunks 1 c raisins 2/3 c brown sugar 2 t cinnamon 2 cups whole oats 5 cups water Throw it all into a crockpot and bake for 6-8 hours (depending on how late you go to bed or how early you wake;). Try not to eat it all at once. Like I did with @Billie Jo Norsworthy - Lucy's Sheep Camp Booth ;)
