Crockpot Breakfast Casserole: Whip 12 eggs. Beat in 1 c. milk, ¼ tsp. garlic powder, ¼ tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. salt, & ½ tsp. pepper. Set aside. Place 1/3 pkg. frozen hash browns in crockpot with layer of diced onions and cooked meat of choice. Top with 1 c. shredded cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times, ending with cheese. Pour egg mixture over top. Cook overnight 7-8 hours on low.
Crock Pot Ham. Would be great for the holidays! Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. CHRISTMAS HAM!
