roasted cabbage - I sprayed olive oil on one side, I added different seasonings to try. Salt/Pepper - Garlic Salt/Pepper - Seasoning Salt. After 1/2 way thru I flipped them over and sprayed more olive oil and added more seasoning. Turned out Good. I think crumbled bacon or carmelized onions on this would be awesome
