crock pot korean ribs - made 'em they were awesome!! on top of a bed of rice. tip: retain as much of the sauce you can and mix in some corn starch when reheating (get it up to a boil/simmer) to thicken the sauce... soooo good on the rice!! should probably get two packages of beef short rib things though
