Sardine and Avocado Toast by Alton Brown. 1 ripe avocado, 1 tin sardines in olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice Sea salt, lemon zest, freshly ground black pepper. Scoop out avocado into a small bowl and mash with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt. Mash sardines into another bowl with some lemon zest. Spread sardines onto crusty bread, and top with avocado. I added some fresh parsley. weirdly good.
