1/2 cup Carrot
3/4 cup Diagonally cut green onions
1 1/2 tsp Garlic, bottled
2 cups Shiitake mushroom caps

Canned Goods

2 (14 1/4-ounce) cans Beef broth, low-salt


1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Soy sauce, low-sodium

Pasta & Grains

8 oz Udon noodles, thick

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Red pepper

This was so easy and everyone in the house loved it. I only used 2 shallots and I couldn't find the right noodles so just used udon. I also used a different sauce recipe: 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1 c. beef broth, 1/4 c. mirin.
