Four Cheese Spinach Dip: 8 oz cream cheese (room temp), 1 tsp garlic powder,1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese, 2 T grated Romano cheese, 2 T finely chopped red bell pepper, 2 green onion (scallion) finely chopped, 1 C wilted fresh baby spinach, squeezed dry and chopped (or frozen and thawed), 1/2 C grated Cheddar cheese, pinch of cayenne and paprika

Chili Cream Cheese Dip . 8 oz. cream cheese and one can Hormel chili. I use the chili with beans. Place in microwave until cream cheese melts. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
