Finally! A homemade "Clif" bar recipe I really love. And it's no bake!
I used soaked, dehydrated almonds for the nuts and soaked oatmeal instead of dry -- stuck together fine w/out adding the brown sugar. My favorite Clif bars are the White Chocolate Macadamia, so I'll try to make a version of that. I'd love to omit the puffed rice cereal, but I can't think of a good substitute yet...

15yo is going off to camp for a week. When I asked him what snacks he wanted me to send with him, he requested a pan of these! He likes chocolate chips, almond, sunbutter, and dried cherries in his bars.
