7 day detox- Need to try this-- Remember… the more soup you eat, the more weight you’ll lose, so don’t hold back!  Day One: Any fruit, except bananas. Try and eat mostly watermelon and cantaloupe, since they’re the lowest in calories. Only eat soup and fruit today.  Day Two: Only vegetables. Eat as many fresh, canned, or cooked veggies that you want. However, stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Try to eat mostly green leafy veggies. Eat the soup, as well. For dinner, reward yourself with a baked potato with butter. No fruit today.  Day Three: Eat all the soup, fruits, and veggies that you want. Don’t have a baked potato. If you haven’t cheated at this point, you should find that you’ve lost 5-7 pounds.  Day Four: Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, along with the soup.  Day Five: You may have 10-20 oz of beef and a can of tomatoes. Eat the soup at least once today.  Day Six: Eat as much beef and vegetables as you want today! No baked potato, though. Eat the soup at least once today.  Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened juice, and veggies. Be sure to stuff yourself and eat the soup.  Also, you can drink these at any point during the diet:  WATER!!!! LOTS OF IT!  Unsweetened juices Tea (herbal) Black coffee Cranberry juice Ingredients for the soup:  1-2 cans of stewed tomatoes 3 large green onions 1 large can of beef broth (no fat) 1 pckg Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix 1 bunch of celery 2 cans green beans 2 lbs carrots 2 green peppers
