For a breathtaking view of the Strip and the fountains at the Bellagio, skip the observation deck at Paris Hotel / Casino & check out their Eiffel Tower Restaurant instead. It's a floor below, with the same view, and you can get a drink there at the bar just as cheaply as paying to go up to the observation deck. Better value!

Minus5 Ice Bar » Everything inside minus5 is made of ice; the walls, the bar, the sculptures, the seats & even the glasses they serve their famous vodka-based cocktails in. The focus at minus5 is the art of ice & vodka. The lounge has its own ice carver who changes the bar & sculptures every 6-8 weeks, continually re-inventing the experience. Even if you don't like being cold--how often in your life will you get to have a drink in a bar made *entirely* of ice?!? Once in a lifetime experience.
