Vicks on your feet for a cough?! I laughed too but at 3AM when I couldn't take a breath without coughing I tried it. In 5 minutes the cough was gone. Rub a generous amount of Vicks on the soles of your feet and cover with socks. D now has the cold. You should have seen his face when I said to try this. Guess who is currently sleeping like a baby. I can't explain it but it really works!!!

1 cup baking soda 1/3 c. water essential oils: rosemary, lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint In a bowl slowly combine the baking soda and water to make a thick paste. Shake 18 drops of each oil (except peppermint - only 8 drops) into the bowl and stir. Line a mini muffin tin with liners or a silicone mold and fill. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
