Cajun Chicken Pasta: This meal is awesome. The cajun flavoring was great and it felt like I was eating a tasty dish from a restaurant. I cooked the chicken in a skillet instead of on the grill. I also like my sauce a little thicker than the recipe calls for, so I added 1 Tablespoon of flour and an extra 1/2 C of parmesan cheese to the sauce recipe. YUM.
