1/2 cup Cilantro, loosely packed fresh leaves
1 Garlic clove
1 Jalapeno
2 Tomatoes, roughly chopped (1 1/2 cups), medium
1 White onion, diced small (2/3 cup), small

Condiments

1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and ground pepper, Coarse

Serve this fresh salsa as a topping for tortilla chips or as a condiment for grilled steak or shrimp.
