Put duct tape on ziplock bags, now you can punch holes in them and store them in a binder and they won't rip.

$1 DIY organizer pouch by ashley g 1) pick up dollar store or thrifted pouch (dollar store ones are unlined so easier to punch) 2) put in binder and close to get guides where to punch holes 3) punch! Single hole punch is best unless you have a heavy duty multiple hole punch 4) put stuff in it. I'm thinking of making an entire binder of just different sized pouches to hold random art supplies
