Cranberry Jello Salad... 1 can jellied cranberry sauce, 1 (3 oz) box raspberry jello, 1&1/4 cup boiling water, 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained), 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Add boiling water to cranberry sauce and jello & stir well. Then add crushed pineapple and stir. Nuts can be used to top jello salad or mixed with pineapple. Chill for a few hours (this recipe can be doubled for a 9 x 13" dish)

Mom's CRANBERRY SALAD 1 pkg raw cranberries 4 tart apples 2 oranges 1 can crushed pineapple 2 3-oz pkg strawberry jello 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. walnuts, broken up (or pecans) Process cranberries, apples & oranges. Drain pineapple juice & save. Mix fruits together w/ drained pineapple & nuts. Cover w/ sugar & let stand. Measure pineapple juice & add water to make 2 c. Bring to boil & pour over jello. Stir to blend. Pour liquid over fruit mixture & mix. Chill until set. For the holidays!
