Hard boiled eggs-w/out the gray ring1) Grab eggs and a pot, and a pot.2) Put the eggs in the pot and cover them with water, only about an inch overhead.3) Put them on the stove and turn it on medium high heat. Now this is where you NEED to pay attention.4) As SOON as that water starts to boil (and I mean boil, not just a few bubble here and there), turn the stove off.5) Set the timer for 10 minutes.6) When the timer goes off, remove the eggs from the pot and put them in cold water for 5 minutes.

For anyone that may not know, the BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Must try this.

**Tried this...it works! Steam perfect rice. Once the rice is tender, remove the pan from the heat, place a folded towel over the saucepan, replace the lid, and set aside for 5 to 10 minutes. The towel will absorb the excess moisture for great rice with no mush.
